About Your Teacher

Bron began studying/practicing yoga  in Tokyo, Japan 18 years ago with Ken Harakuma & Basia Lipska.  She has attended workshops & teachings both in NZ & overseas with world renown teachers Duncan Peak, Mysan Sidbo, Byron Bay Yoga & Core Yoga Hawaii.

In June 2018 Bron trained with Merrithew in STOTT Pilates internationally recognised trainer ,Sharon Currie,  to become a STOTT trained Pilates Teacher & globally certified Total Barre Teacher. 

Workshops for Pre/Post Natal & Special Populations were attended  along with Endurance & Choreography workshops.

Thursday

9.30am : Pilates    (Beginning 26 July)

6pm : Total Barre

Sunday

8.30am Pilates  (Beginning 29 July)

10am Pre/Post Natal Pregnancy   (Beginning 29 July)

Pilates, Barre & Yoga Class Info

Best to book your classes, on the day (weekend classes the day before), via txt message. All classes have limited numbers to ensure safety & personal attention.

Pilates/Barre non-slip socks are required for all Pilates & Barre classes.  Purchase is available in-studio at $10 per pair. You are welcome to bring your own.

Investment: $16 per class. Eftpos is available. 10 class concession is available for $150 (valid for 3 months).

Please arrive 10 mins early to get settled.
