About Your Teacher

Bron began studying/practicing yoga  in Tokyo, Japan 16 years ago with Ken Harakuma & Basia Lipska.  She has attended workshops & teachings both in NZ & overseas with world renown teachers Duncan Peak, Mysan Sidbo, Byron Bay Yoga & Core Yoga Hawaii.

Power Flow/Yin

Monday night @ 6pm.

A challenging class, suitable for beginners & experienced practitioners, alike.

Yin offers the opportunity to balance, restore & lengthen.


Tuesday @ 6pm.

A pilates -style class.  The lower back is strengthened by way of activating the gluts & the full 'corset girdle'.

Yin lengthens & opens the fascia around the spine & offers permanent change.

Mindfulness & Meditation

A guided meditation with a certified Hypnotherapist.  Learn to calm the mind & revitalise the body in this deeply restorative practise.


Wed @ 6pm.

An antidote to modern day stress.  Throughout this class you will progressively lengthen & open the body, rebalance the hormones & rejuvenate the organs.  This yoga style has been used for thousands of years to treat all types of back pain & injury.
